From a running Linux-mint (and other distro's) start a live session with re-install option.
Want to start a live Tails session for private browsing or Kali OS for some Penetration Testing en Ethical Hacking? Choose it and boot it.
All live sessions are "boot to ram", harddisk is not mounted. Tails is not installable.

Start Linux-mint and search in menu "mint" and click on menu item Mint-Live
Give your password and press OK
Choose your favorite distro to boot live or re-install:
The latest iso will be downloaded and the pc will restart in a live session with re-install option
The computer will reboot in your favorite live distro.(in this example xubuntu)
If you want to re-install Linux-mint, double click on "install linux-mint" and select your language
Be sure you have a working internet connection
Select "install third party software"
Choose what you want, normally 'erase linux-mint and reinstall'
After that, choose keyboard layout (belgian voor Belgium en US international with dead keys voor netherlands,uk en us)
Next choose username, password, autologin or login with password.
